These terms apply to purchases and use of Exempt products through exemptspoofer.com.
1. Digital products
Exempt products are digital software licences supplied electronically. Licence durations, prices and compatibility details are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. Your account and licence
You are responsible for keeping your account and licence details secure. Licences are for the purchasing customer unless we agree otherwise. Do not resell, share or redistribute a retail licence without reseller approval.
3. Compatibility and third-party changes
Compatibility can change when Windows, games, anti-cheat systems or other third-party software is updated. We will provide reasonable support for issues with the product, but we cannot guarantee the behaviour, availability or decisions of third-party services.
4. Refunds
Because licences and downloads are digital content supplied immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once supply has begun where you have validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right.
If the product is confirmed not to work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Refund requests must include the order details and enough information for us to reproduce or verify the issue. Refusal to complete reasonable troubleshooting may prevent us from confirming a fault. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Misuse
You must not use Exempt for unlawful activity, malicious behaviour, unauthorised access, harassment, fraud or to harm other people or systems. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused.
6. Third-party accounts and services
You are responsible for following the rules of any game, platform, software or service you use. Exempt does not control third-party bans, suspensions, account actions or service availability, and those actions alone do not show that the Exempt product is defective.
7. Support
If you have a problem, contact support through a website ticket or Discord before requesting a refund so we can investigate it. Open a website ticket or open Discord support.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
9. Your legal rights
These terms do not limit rights that the law says cannot be limited or excluded. If any part of these terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law takes priority.
